Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of Growth, one per organisation, with no card. It starts the moment you create the account and includes 1,000 AI credits. It stops on its own; nothing is charged and nothing renews.
What is an AI credit?
One credit is one cent of model usage. A typical question is about 5 credits, a deep data question up to 10, and a single question never costs more than 80. Credits pool across your organisation and reset on the 1st of each month; unused credits do not roll over. Top-ups are 1,000 credits for A$49.
What does a seat mean?
One named person. Seats are not shared logins: saved searches, pursuits and alerts belong to the person who created them, and the organisation sees them all.
What counts as an export?
Any list downloaded as CSV — search results, an agency's contracts, a category's suppliers. The row cap is per file, and each plan has a number of files a day, shared across your organisation and its API keys: 2 on Launch and Launch Plus, 3 on Growth and the trial, 10 on Scale. The count resets at midnight Sydney time; report sections don't count.
Why do states cost extra?
Commonwealth data is one publisher with one format. Each state portal is a separate collection with its own terms, so states are a separate line rather than a cost spread across everyone.
Is there a monthly option?
Not at launch. Bid cycles run over a year, and annual billing keeps the price where it is. Scale customers can negotiate terms.
